Hands-on treatment when appropriate (in 60-minute appointments)
Individualised home exercises to get you started
Treatment can range from hands on release, massage and dry needling, to exercise based rehab or even just simple advice and education. We have access to great gym facilities so you be shown how to do everything in person.
