Reformer pilates can be a great option within any rehab process or fitness goal. Whether it’s improving movement control, flexibility or stability, the reformer can challenge everyone at any fitness level. 

Whether you want to be more confident on the machine, use it to rehab a certain injury or simply prefer to train 1:1 and want to really push your practice, this session is for you. 

These sessions can also be claimed against your private health insurance. The session times available have some mild restrictions so aren't available for online booking. Please email us with your preferred times to book.
