RUNNING MOT

Running is one of the most accessible forms of exercise, but high training loads on an unprepared body can quickly lead to pain and injury. The Running MOT is built to help you get fit to run, rather than simply running to get fit.

During your session you can expect:

  • A detailed training and injury history

  • Assessment of your footwear, joint range of motion, strength, and running biomechanics

  • Treadmill gait analysis

  • A tailored exercise program to address any weaknesses or imbalances identified

You will leave with a clear plan, spend time building strength and control, and then have the option to return for repeat treadmill analysis to measure your progress. Whether you are new to running or chasing performance goals, the Running MOT helps you run with more efficiency and confidence.

WEIGHTLIFTING MOT

Olympic Weight Lifting and big compound movements like squats and deadlifts ask a lot of the body. The Weightlifting MOT is designed to make sure you have the mobility, strength, and control needed to perform these movements safely and effectively. It is the same screening process used for the Olympic level athletes.

During the assessment you can expect:

  • A detailed training and injury history as well as your goals

  • Range of motion and strength testing for the ankles, hips, shoulders, and spine

  • Targeted core strength testing

  • Force plate testing

From these results, a customised accessory program, warm-up, and warm-down routine is built around your specific needs. This session is ideal if you want to refine your technique, move past a plateau, or lift with more power and consistency.

HYBRID MOT

Hybrid athletes and Hyrox competitors place high demands on both strength and conditioning. The Hybrid MOT blends the key elements of the Running and Weightlifting MOTs to ensure you are balanced, robust, and ready for mixed-modal events.

You can expect:

  • A detailed review of your training demands, race goals, and injury history

  • Mobility and strength testing for key lifts and running-related joints

  • Gait and movement analysis where relevant for your events

  • A focused accessory and strength program that integrates with your endurance work

This assessment is designed to support sustainable performance, reduce injury risk, and make sure every part of your training is working toward your target event.
